This place is mind-blowing! The location is super convenient, with the beach, city center, and bus station all within walking distance. The well-maintained building with secure gates made us feel safe and the small studio apartment had a charming outside space to sit. The highlight was definitely the jaw-dropping small pool, perfect for beating the Spanish heat. Plus, the free wi-fi, flat-screen TV, and air conditioning were a bonus. We couldn't have asked for a better stay!

The central location of this accommodation was perfect for our needs. We were just a short walk away from the bus station, supermarket, fruit shops, and the beach. Despite being in the heart of the city, the accommodation was surprisingly quiet, allowing for a peaceful stay. The cleanliness of both the building and the rooms was top-notch, and we felt safe throughout our stay. The host was incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome. The charm of this place added to the overall great value we experienced. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Estudio Habaneras and highly recommend it to others.
We did experience some noise from our neighbors during our month-long stay. On several occasions, they were loud, shouting, and disturbing our sleep.
